2 Description of Service
Amara Cycle provides a women's health application that includes:

- Pregnancy mode with week-by-week guidance
- Trying-to-conceive (TTC) support tools
- Symptom and health logging
- Personalized health insights and reminders
- Community features and health articles
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Amara Cycle. Users under the age of 18 should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

You acknowledge that:
- Cycle predictions are estimates based on your logged data and may not be 100% accurate
- The App should not be used as the sole method of contraception or for medical decision-making
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- The App is not a substitute for professional medical care
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
6 User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post or share harmful, abusive, harassing, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
- Collect or harvest other users' personal information without consent
- Engage in any commercial activity without our express written consent
7 Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Amara Cycle and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

8 Privacy

9 Premium Features & Payments

Regarding payments:

- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store's refund policy (Google Play or App Store)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
10 Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or third parties
- Is harmful to the integrity of the service
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amara Cycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
