This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including cycle history, health logs, pregnancy records, and personal settings. This data cannot be recovered once deleted.
How to delete your account

Open the Amara Cycle app
Make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon in the top corner, then select Settings.

Select "Account"
Inside Settings, scroll down and tap Account.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Enter your password to proceed.

Confirm deletion
Tap Confirm Delete. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and personal information
- All cycle tracking history and health logs
- Pregnancy records and milestones
- TTC data, BBT readings, and ovulation records
- Notification preferences and app settings
- Any subscription or payment records (billing managed by App Store / Google Play)
What is retained
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics (not linked to you)
- Records required by law for up to 90 days
